We’re looking for a Field Enablement Specialist who loves turning complex product content into clean, accurate, and engaging learning experiences for our Sales and Field Engineering teams. You’ll partner with SMEs and receive clear direction and polished technical inputs — then transform them into high-quality Seismic Learning lessons, Clueso videos, and enablement assets the field actually wants to consume.

Role description:

• Build high-quality enablement content:shaping, structuring, and elevating content Partner with SMEs: you don’t need to be a deep expert, but you should be technically confident and curious — especially around databases, distributed systems, and AI.
• Maintain & administer Seismic: keep content up to date, properly tagged, easy to find, and handle core administrative tasks in Seismic Learning.

Core skills required:

• 2–5+ years creating training, documentation, or technical enablement content.
• Strong technical foundation in databases, backend systems, or cloud platforms — formal degree or equivalent experience welcome.
• Excellent writing and editing skills; you value clarity, flow, and accuracy.
• Comfortable working directly with technical SMEs.
• Experience with enterprise SaaS, databases, cloud, or AI is a strong plus.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into clear, structured learning.
• Familiarity with Seismic, Mindtickle, LMS tools, or similar platforms.
• Solid visual sense — you know when a layout works (and when it doesn’t)
