This role requires a blend of advanced data visualization, quantitative modeling, and business analytics expertise to support executive decision-making across the company.
Key Responsibilities:

- Write and optimize advanced SQL (window functions, analytical queries, time-series calculations) to support scalable, high-quality analytics.
- Collaborate with data engineering teams to design robust data models (fact/dimension structures, semantic layers) and resolve data quality issues end-to-end.
- Partner closely with Sales Ops, Finance, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product to translate business questions into actionable insights and present recommendations to leadership.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years in Tableau with strong hands-on dashboard building and performance optimization.
- Strong quantitative background—experience in statistics, math, econometrics, data science, or financial modeling.
- Advanced SQL (window functions, analytical functions, performance tuning).
- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Databricks, Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift).
- Strong understanding of SaaS financial metrics, consumption economics, cohort analysis, and funnel analytics.
- Ability to simplify complex quantitative findings into intuitive visual stories.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or technical field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or Business Analytics is required for this role.
- Experience with Databricks Lakehouse, Delta Live Tables, Unity Catalog.
- Familiarity with ETL/ELT tools (Fivetran, Workato, Airflow).
- Experience working with Salesforce, NetSuite, Zuora, Marketo, Google Ads, or other SaaS systems.
- Background in data science or business analytics (Python, R, statistical modeling) is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Highly analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills—able to explain quantitative findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong ownership, urgency, and problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
