Role Overview:

We are hiring a Sales Development Representative to support North Asia. This role is built for an SDR who thrives on outbound, thinks like a partner to Sales, and is motivated by creating pipeline that converts to revenue.

You’ll work tightly with Enterprise AEs, Field Marketing, Demand Generation, and Partners to identify, engage, and qualify high-value accounts. The right person is curious, competitive, resilient, and comfortable operating in ambiguity while maintaining strong execution discipline.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own net-new pipeline generation across North Asia

  • Execute high-quality outbound prospecting across email, phone, LinkedIn, events, and partner-led motions

  • Partner closely with AEs to align on account strategy, ICP, buying groups, and priorities

  • Research accounts to identify key stakeholders, use cases, and active initiatives

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads into sales-ready, ICP-aligned opportunities

  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified meetings that progress into opportunities and revenue

  • Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, ABM programs, and events

  • Leverage partner ecosystems to expand reach, credibility, and engagement

  • Maintain accurate activity, insights, and pipeline data in Salesforce and SDR tools

  • Continuously test, learn, and refine messaging while staying aligned to GTM strategy

What Success Looks Like:

  • Consistent creation of high-quality pipeline, not just activity volume

  • Strong meeting-to-opportunity conversion

  • Tight alignment and credibility with AEs and partners

  • Ownership, follow-through, and disciplined execution

  • Positive impact on team culture and regional momentum

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in a SDR or BDR role in B2B technology

  • Hunter mindset with comfort in cold outbound and account-based prospecting

  • Experience working with marketing-driven and/or partner-led demand motions

  • Strong discovery, listening, and objection-handling skills

  • Ability to engage business and technical personas with confidence

  • Competitive, self-motivated, and resilient

  • Coachable and eager to learn complex, technical products

  • Experience using Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or similar tools
  • Interest in cloud, data, developer, or AI-adjacent technology
