No of vacancy: 2Job Profile:- Develop and deepen both existing and new insurer relationships to support the strategic vision of the Group while providing a wide range of choices to the end customer.- Understanding customer requirements and providing right and feasible solutions.- Build and maintain partnerships with a view to manage the P&L for clients as well as insurance partners.- Develop short, medium and long-term strategies to manage performance against sales and profitability targets, coordinating with stakeholders across functions (finance, business, operations & services, technology).- Conceptualize and pitch bundling of insurance products with client affiliations to grow and scale the business.- Analyse and draw up research to gain expertise on emerging trends in insurance ecosystem and build relationships in the insurance fraternity- Publish periodic dashboards and monitoring reports on insurer engagements, trends in the industry and benchmarking with best practices.Candidate Profile:- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Insurance ecosystem, having created productive network in the fraternity.- Candidate experience in group credit life is a huge plus- Entrepreneurial mindset, networking and relationship building are must have competencies.- Ability to take initiative, be proactive and work independently to drive results.Application process: Email your resumes to [email protected]
