Analytical background for decision making is a must. Must be proficient in understanding statistics and trends using tools like google analytics etc. Understanding of tools for analytics, product management, wire-framing, documentation and other execution is required. It is important for the candidate to be a team player and collaborator.- Drive product and integration roadmap, including market segmentation and sizing, market and competitive analysis, technology trends to achieve product line goals.- Define strategies for user/customer engagement using multiple mediums (web, email, apps, mobile etc.)- Manage product requirement definition and feature identification for future initiatives, including documentation of prioritized feature sets and use cases.- Lead development and QA teams at the appropriate times to realise the goals of the product.- Be a driving force in assembling the resources necessary to ship high-impact products and features, and facilitate communication throughout the development process.- Work with the release process and support teams to insure that the product is released successfully and any issues in production are resolved quickly.- Measure and analyse success of product or feature using internal tools as well as tools like Google Analytics.- Efficiently manage agile development of the product.Candidate Profile:- 1 to 3 years of experience working with teams in rapid delivery environments.
