Role & responsibilities:

• Collection of Data Analysis for performance improvement.
• Client relationship and coordination.
• Investigate Historical Data for product debt.
• Analyze the segment to identify performance gaps/ Steps that are missed.
• Maintain and Update collections SOPs on a time-to-time basis.
• Weekly and Monthly business reviews, presentations with clients
• Dialer Management.
• Pri/DID's/Port understanding.
• Tele collection and Team handling.

Requirements and skills:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in tele collections/digital collections and should have handled a team, with a minimum 1 year of experience of Team Handling experience.
• Knowledge of managing digital communication channels (SMS, IVR, WA, Voice bots) is an advantage
• Should have prepared a Collection Strategy and Analysis.
• Experience in portfolio management/ data management.
• Good knowledge of Advanced Excel, PPT presentations
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
