About the Role:

We are seeking a talented leader to lead our Data Analytics division and help create and build a

robust, scalable, and extendable platform to power the mission to reduce the exponentially

growing Non Performing Assets in the Indian Economy by harnessing the power of technology and

data driven insights. Our focus is to provide deep analysis that improve collection efficiency across

delinquent portfolios of ARCs, Banks & NBFCs

The ideal candidate would be someone who has worked in a data analytics role before wherein

he/she is comfortable working with complex situations, evaluating the data and the feasibility of

applying scientific techniques to business problems and products, have built data science product

modules from scratch and have a track record of developing and deploying data-science models

into live applications.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy aligned with the company's

overall business goals.

● Lead the data analytics team, providing direction, mentoring, and performance

management to ensure the team’s success.

● Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in data

analytics.

● Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement innovative solutions to

enhance analytics capabilities.

● Work closely with stakeholders to define, strategize and execute crucial business problem

statements which lie at the core of improvising current and future data-backed product

offerings.

● Proactively research data and identify opportunities in the data to drive the product

roadmap.

● Work with large, complex data sets. Solve difficult, non-routine analysis problems,

applying advanced analytical methods as needed.

● Be hands-on with big data technologies and be able to guide the team through technical

leadership.

● Building/maintaining reports, dashboards, and metrics to monitor the performance of our

products.

● Develop deep partnerships with engineering and product teams to deliver production level

projects.

Requirements and Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technology-related field from a premier college

● Prior 6+ years of experience of leading data analytics team in a start-up environment

● Proficiency in R/Python, SQL, and Excel.

● Strong database management skills and familiarity with big data technologies.

● Expertise in data visualisation tools, preferably Quicksight

● Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to generate actionable insights from complex

data.

● Demonstrated ability to align data strategies with business goals.

Customer oriented, responsive to changes, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced

environment.

● Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
