The Sales Operations Analyst will support the sales team by providing data-driven insights, operational support, and process optimization. The role involves analysing sales data, managing CRM systems, and ensuring the efficiency of sales processes.

This role involves analyzing and optimizing sales processes, as well as managing the licensing and order management process to support our sales team. The ideal applicant will be able to work independently and efficiently prioritize duties.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Daily creation and approvals of quote and order management; general day-to-day data entry
  • Well-versed with order to cash cycle, data management, and data hygiene.
  • Be efficient in completing team tasks and individual goals or targets and co-ordinate with team members to complete team goals.
  • Guarantee that software licensing aligns with contractual entitlements to ensure revenue integrity and compliance
  • Maintain and manage the Customer Relationship
  • Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
  • Serve as a key liaison with stakeholders across all organizational levels, leveraging strong communication skills to gather, document, analyze, and validate business processes, systems, and solution requirements
  • Support in recommendations for the team to perform better and contribute to process improvements.
  • Support special projects and initiatives related to sales operations as assigned by management.
  • Provide training and support to other team members on tools and processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate sales performance metrics. Assist in the development and implementation of sales processes and policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.

What we need:

  • Experience: 3+ years of related experience in: Sales operations, sales analysis management and planning
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Education: MBA/Masters + with focus on economics, finance, organizational management, business management
