About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Designer to be a leader within our new design system team. You will be a key-driver of the strategy, roadmap, implementation, and documentation around a new design system that will be used to create a new generation of products here at CrowdStrike.
We’re looking for someone who is strategic and hands-on, that can make high-level system decisions in collaboration with various teams in addition to jumping into Figma to build components, structure variables, and guide junior product designers on keeping the system in harmony. You’ll help implement and champion holistic processes alongside Producers/DesignOps that make a design system successful for an entire product platform.
You will ensure your fellow product designers can use the system with ease through maintaining education and clear documentation. By partnering with our engineers, you will create a seamless process for building and releasing incremental updates to a design system that is used by many product teams.
As a leader of this new system, you will have strong influence over “in-the-weeds” decision making, ensuring that all decisions impacting our design system are aligned with objectives determined by you and your leadership. Your fellow design system team members and partners will include design architects, designers that specialize in visual design, documentation, content strategy, and front-end engineering.
This is a very exciting opportunity to shape the future of CrowdStrike’s platform!
