About the Role:

The Pricing Analyst for CrowdStrike Financial Services (CFS) will provide pricing support and analysis for CFS’s financing portfolio.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform pricing and profitability analysis

• Lead the development and update of the pricing model

• Coordinate with Treasury, Finance, and CFS senior leadership to optimize returns and grow the portfolio

• Provide support, guidance and training to CFS team members

What You’ll Need:

• 5+ years progressive experience in banking or captive financing in a high growth and fast paced environment, with at least 3+ years in pricing

• Experience with different pricing models for commercial financing products

• Advanced knowledge of macroeconomics, capital markets, financial instruments, and financial markets

• Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Finance

• Experience in helping design the company’s risk profile from the ground up

• Continuous improvement mindset, ability to multitask, excellent communication, and effective collaboration skills across all levels

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment with commitment to deliver under tight deadlines

• Acute attention to details; strong business judgment and autonomy

• High impact and clear communication skills to articulate a coherent strategy and plan, which instills confidence and trust with Sales, customers and partners

• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and ability to exercise good judgment
