About the Role:

  • Work with various teams within the marketing organization to marketing assets

  • Work on multiple projects and within multiple disciplines at one time

  • Keep your team on schedule with all deliverables.

  • Motivate and manage a diverse team keeping CrowdStrikes core beliefs and mission statement in mind

  • Responsible for the mentorship of the team through guidance, support and identifying areas of development for each team member

  • Will work directly with hiring manager to develop professional goals for each team member

What You Will Need:

  • 7- 10 years + graphic design and production artist experience

  • 3-5 years people management in a Creative Studio with a strong track record of driving efficiency and quality output, as well as experience in hiring creative talent in partnership with HR

  • Past agency/client-side studio or production design experience creating and managing multi-phased projects.

  • Excellent technical skills including project management software and knowledge/technical skills of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.

  • Familiar with agency best practices for design and production for both traditional and digital

  • Ability to organize and manage complex files. Solid knowledge of four-color printing process and be able to pre-flight, collect files and archive materials.

  • Knowledge of Digital Asset Management tools.

  • Excellent time and people management skills. Ability to respond to changing needs with confidence in a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do:

  • Create technically-correct files to go directly to pre-press or digital output

  • Ensuring the quality of all assets created by the internal creative teams are in alignment with technical specifications for the desired end usage.

  • Implementing sometimes repetitive rounds of changes consistently and with absolute accuracy.

  • Actively participating in, and providing input for continuous improvement (i.e. system bugs and issues) with workflow processes and procedures to improve efficiency and output.

  • Partnering with Project Management for delivery of all assets on time.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

  • Expert knowledge of procedures and workflow for graphic design, retouching, editing, proofing, and advanced print and digital production.

  • Strong knowledge in best practices, workflow, production, template development, and file preparation for a variety of end-usages, both online and offline.

  • Proficient in Macintosh Adobe Suite: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat and familiarity with Sketch as well as Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel. Experience with an online task management system like Workfront

  • Top-notch Print and Digital Production Artist skills with a keen sense of typography, layout and design.

  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize workloads under intense and shifting deadlines.

  • Thorough knowledge of a large variety of printing processes and production of print and digital media, creating and prepping files for press and online delivery, with hands-on electronic production and layout of all types of digital graphic advertising and collateral marketing materials.

  • Ability to maintain schedules and process high volumes of complex information among

  • Maintains high standards of quality while also implementing tools and processes to promote efficiency and fastest turn-around.

  • Sets up templates for projects and work closely with Creative team to design and produce banners, presentations, emails, and web pages, direct mail pieces, OOH, signage, and other marketing materials.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Work environment- Hybrid

Shift timings- 2PM -11PM IST
