At this level it’s all about building and expanding your brand. You’ll work primarily with your own groups but will need to expand your horizons to other areas to keep marketing yourself as the go-to subject matter expert. • Lead the development and ongoing improvement of compensation committee materials.

  • Lead the planning, prepping, launching, running, reviewing, and closing out of the annual merit cycle.

  • Continue to master storytelling with data and presentation capabilities.

  • Creation and orchestration of incentive programs which drive performance and align with our values.

  • Independently evaluate new hire, merit, and/or out-of-cycle equity requests to solidify expertise.

  • Support ongoing efforts to ensure pay practices remain compliant and equitable.

  • Proficient with slides. Strong proficiency with MS PowerPoint or Google Slides is ideal but can be taught.

  • Exceptional analytical skills. We work with large datasets regularly and often need to find patterns or trends.

  • Exceptional communication skills. We lead meetings and present regularly, so practicing to get comfortable is a must.
