About the Role:

Our University Recruiting team is looking for a University Recruiter to help identify, attract, and screen pipelines of qualified candidates to help scale and support our Global university hiring efforts. The person hired will be responsible for providing the highest level of recruiting services to CrowdStrike’s business leaders and candidates performing full lifecycle university recruitment while maintaining excellent relationships. A high level of creativity, business acumen and personal organization is required. We are looking for someone that thrives in a fast pace and energetic environment delivering exceptional candidate experience. What You'll Do:

  • Managing full cycle university recruiting strategy and process including sourcing, screening, interview process management, maintaining candidate relationships, creating and extending offers, and closing candidates.

  • The ability to work simultaneously with hiring managers with a focus on articulating how you engage, evaluate and ultimately hire the best talent for our organization.

  • Partner with key lines of business to stay informed of trends and upcoming hiring needs

  • Create and own the overall strategy and execution for assigned business groups through university recruiting events which includes; diversity events, technical focused conferences, online platforms, career fairs, info sessions, club events, tech talks, conferences, in office tours and events, hackathons, CTFs etc. Both virtually and in-person.

  • Understand and comply with all hiring policies, legislation, and guidelines and recruitment processes.

  • Build and develop influential relationships with key contacts at universities and partner sponsored organizations including academic faculty, career services, development offices, and student organizations.

  • Own the diversity recruiting strategy with HBCUs, HSIs and MSI universities to continually grow a pipeline of qualified candidates.

  • Track key recruiting and campus metrics to analyze the success of the program and continue to look at new and innovative ways to improve it.

  • Led by our University Recruiting Program Manager, provide programmatic support for our Summer Intern Program Experience.

  • Attend on campus /intern events, as needed (~35% of the time)

What You'll Need:

  • BS/BA degree required

  • Previous university recruiting experience hiring software engineers, cybersecurity, intelligence and/or related roles.

  • Previous experience building recruiting partnerships and attraction strategy with universities. Working with HBCUs, a plus.

  • Proven relationship management experience with hiring teams, leaders and business partners helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with talent strategies and assessment.

  • Ability to build strong relationships and networks, both with internal and external stakeholders

  • Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume, technology organization preferred

  • Strong recruiting aptitude and knowledge and experience in diversity recruiting

  • Willingness to step outside of comfort zone and try new methodologies and approaches to continuously drive innovation across all university programs

  • Excellent presentation skills, ability to effectively communicate/present to large audiences at schools and within the organization.

  • Exceptionally organized with outstanding attention to detail

  • Familiarity with WorkDay, Avature, Excel, HackerRank, Handshake, RippleMatch is preferred.

  • Ability to travel during peak campus recruitment seasons when needed and permitted

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $70,000 - $110,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
