About the Role:

CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of Corporate Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented Corporate Account Executives who focus on new logo acquisition. This team manages the full sales cycle for the mid-market segment and will focus specifically on expanding our partnership with Google and helping secure Google Marketplace customers with CrowdStrike.

What You’ll Do:

  • Frontline manager for a team of 5-8 Corporate Account Executives

  • Coach reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices

  • Forecast accurately to management

  • Work with internal teams to grow the team’s pipeline and increase close rates

  • Recruit and train new Corporate Account Executives

  • Meet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breached

  • Collaborate with internal teams at CrowdStrike and helping to expand our partnership with Google and driving deals through the Google Marketplace

What You’ll Need:

  • 2+ years of Sales experience generating net new business for a technology company, preferably in Saas and/or Security

  • Experience with Salesforce reporting

  • Track record of leading a successful team

  • Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment

  • Channel Sales experience

  • Open mindset to helping build out a new org for CrowdStrike with high-potential

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $65,000 - $155,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.
