About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Payroll Manager, Israel, to manage our Israel payroll operations and support the GBS Sr. Manager, Payroll in coordinating monthly payroll processing, optimizing processes and driving CrowdStriker satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll operations, country regulations and compliance, and process improvement. This role will report to the Sr. Manager, GBS Payroll Operations / Head of Global Payroll (dotted line).
What You'll Do:
Support the Sr. Manager, GBS Payroll Operations in managing and coordinating payroll operations and related activities that ensure compliance and timely preparation of our Israel entities payrolls.
Prepare monthly payroll reconciliations for leadership review and approval.
Complete post-payroll activities, such as net pay and tax reconciliations, statutory filings and payments.
Lead completion of the annual Form 106 process.
Research and resolve CrowdStriker questions using our payroll ticket system.
Coordinate with Payroll Accounting on month-end close.
Manage payroll vendor relationships and attend monthly and quarterly meetings.
Develop and implement process optimization initiatives to streamline payroll workflows, reduce processing time, and improve accuracy.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, Finance, Legal, and Israel Leadership to align on payroll objectives, implement best practices, and achieve operational excellence.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as payroll processing time, error rates, cost savings, and CrowdStriker satisfaction.
Create and maintain standard operating procedures, knowledge transfer sessions, and essential payroll documentation.
Manage other ad hoc projects as deemed necessary.
What You'll Need:
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Israel payroll operations.
Experience with mergers and acquisitions.
In-depth knowledge of Israel payroll regulations, compliance requirements, and industry best practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Solid knowledge of ADP Celergo and Workday, a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications.
Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to excellence and continuous improvement.
Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills
Adaptable and resilient in fast-paced environments, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
