About the Role:

As a Manager within our Go-to-marketplace Applications team, you will be a driver of CrowdStrike’s growth over the next year and beyond. This role will be a leadership role under Commerce & Order Provisioning Salesforce team which consists of Dev Engineers, QA Engineers, Administrators, BSAs working towards designing, building and shipping cutting-edge Commerce Solutions(~30 folks).

What You'll Do:

As a Manager, Salesforce Application lead, You will be taking accountability of Product quality in Indirect Commerce solutions for Crowdstrike which includes –

  • Define the strategy and vision for Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and IT strategies.

  • Collaborate with the Business and IT teams to achieve project or requirement goals

  • Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of Salesforce solutions, addressing complex business problems and technical challenges.

  • Team Leadership: lead, mentor, and develop a team of Salesforce professionals.

  • Advocate and enforce best practices in Salesforce implementation, including configuration, customization, and integration.

  • Actively participate in sprint planning sessions, standups, retrospective and design sessions adhering to Agile best practices

  • Collaborate with third-party vendors and partners when necessary to deliver comprehensive solutions.

  • Have a keen eye and motivation to monitor the org performance and overall end to end Commerce process to come up with optimization plans.

What You’ll Need:

  • 12+ Years of Experience in delivery and architectural role on Salesforce Applications

  • 4 years in Quote to Cash/ Order to Cash of Enterprise organizations in Consulting or in-house IT.

  • Salesforce Certifications (App Builder, PD1, PD2)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Familiarity with other enterprise IT systems, middleware, and database technologies.

  • Experience in building Commerce Applications in Salesforce

  • Copado Experience

  • Salesforce Certifications (Application & System Architect)
