About the Role:
We are seeking a Global Campaign Manager, to lead CrowdStrike’s high-impact product experience programs globally. These programs which showcase the power of the industry leading Falcon platform include the Falcon Encounter Hands-on Labs, workshops at CrowdStrike’s user conference and at field events, the Tech Hub resource center, and online Demos. This role will cover global program strategy, promotions, workshop scheduling and staffing, logistics, attendee follow-up, and program analytics. The Global Campaign Manager will also drive the engagement and conversion strategy for product content on www.crowdstrike.com. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in creating and managing comprehensive marketing programs that increase audience engagement, drive demand, and deliver measurable business results.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute the global marketing strategy for the Falcon Encounter Hands-on Labs, ensuring alignment with broader business goals.
Lead demand generation and promotional activities for the CrowdStrike Tech Hub and Online Demo Center, aiming to increase user engagement and conversion rates.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product marketing, marketing operations, growth marketing, field marketing, and sales to enhance program effectiveness.
Measure and report on the performance of workshops and demos, leveraging insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Manage budgets, forecast resource needs, and assess program ROI to ensure efficient use of resources.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and customer insights to keep our programs relevant and impactful
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in marketing program management, preferably in a technology or cybersecurity environment
Proven experience (direct management of) virtual and in person technical workshops for a B2B tech company
Strong understanding of demand generation, user engagement strategies, and metrics-driven marketing
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams
Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms including virtual event platforms and CRM, data analysis, and performance metrics
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is readily adaptable to changing market and organizational requirements
Creative thinker with a strong problem-solving orientation and a keen attention to detail

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $105,000 - $160,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
