About the Role:
CrowdStrike Marketing IT team is in process of re-architecting the entire Marketing technology stack by moving all our digital properties including corporate website on to Adobe CMS platform. Team is also engaged in revamping CDP (Customer Data Platform) architecture as well as DAM (Digital Asset Management) implementation. As a key member of the Marketing IT team you act as a liaison between Marketing business and Marketing IT teams and convert the business requirements into technical specifications required to deliver these projects.
What You'll Do:
Act as a liaison between Marketing business and Marketing IT teams and convert the business requirements into technical specifications required to deliver new capabilities & solutions
Clearly present product concepts, roadmap, and delivery timeline to developers and scrum teams
Work with development team & product owners to scope product delivery, support solution strategies and understand development alternatives
Coordinates with other BSA’s (story details, dependencies)
Prioritizes team backlog(s) to streamline execution
Ensures that Backlog is transparent, visible and understood
Ensure that stories meet Definition of Done
Work with development team to evaluate the feasibility and technical alternatives for the requirements
Participate in User Acceptance testing and recommend improvements
Build proofs-of-concept (POC) for potential new solutions and technologies by working with product owner and development teams
What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related field or a combination of education and equivalent experience
8+ years of experience as Business Analyst or Product Owner or Product Manager working directly with customers to improve their experiences
Experience working with product owners or business teams to understand the business requirements (features / functionality) and have healthy meaningful discussion on their importance, criticality, expected business value and feasibility
Experience in developing and communicating the Epic / Feature / Enabler goal(s)
Experience in performing technical feasibility study, assessing different technical options and selecting the most suitable one, defining practical timelines and assessing product delivered against the business requirements
Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and associated Adobe products (AEM Site, AEM Assets, Analytics, Target, Launch, Multi Site Manager, CDP etc.)
Experience assessing value-effort-timelines tradeoff & make prioritization decisions
Strong communication and presentation skills
Demonstrated experience in completing multiple, complex technical projects
Should enjoy working in a collaborative environment in a global team set-up
Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies (Agile, SCRUM)

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $115,000 - $185,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
