About the Role:
Build and lead the resident engineer and analyst organization to seamlessly integrate, operationalize, and optimize the NG-SIEM platform within customer environments.
Develop and execute a strategic services adoption plan to drive revenue growth, increase customer satisfaction, and expand the NG-SIEM services portfolio.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop customer engagement models, identify new business opportunities, and develop proposals, statements of work, and service level agreements.
Develop strategies, methodologies, and best practices for SIEM and data migration to ensure high quality service delivery and maximize value of customer adoption.
Define outcomes and manage project delivery of customer projects, ensuring timely completion and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their log management needs and providing tailored solutions.
Create a partner program to scale solutions, achieve global delivery, and increase customer engagement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging threats, and new technologies to ensure our NG-SIEM services remain relevant and effective.
Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation plans to ensure efficient use of resources.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and improvement within the services team.
What You’ll Need:
10+ years of experience in the security technology industry, with a focus on customer success delivery
5+ years of experience in a leadership role, managing global teams
Strong understanding of security technologies, including threat detection, log management, incident response, network infrastructure, and security architecture.
Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills
Proven track record of driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and expanding services portfolios
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Bonus Points:
Industry-recognized certifications, such as CISSP, CISM, or PMP.
Familiarity with agile project management methodologies and tools, such as Jira, Asana, etc.
Experience with cloud-based security solutions, such as AWS or Azure.

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $165,000 - $240,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
