About the Role:

Reporting to our Senior Manager, the Sales Commission Data Analyst will join a fast-paced and growing team working with our sales leaders on high-impact sales compensation-related projects. You must have a can-do attitude, enjoy rolling up your sleeves and being a part of an innovative culture where you can build and provide real time impact on a global scale.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with various teams to identify key business opportunities and challenges, and develop data-driven solutions related to the Sales Compensation Plans

  • Identify and measure the effectiveness of our Sales Compensation Plans and communicate the outcomes in a timely manner to our core stakeholders

  • Leverage large and sophisticated datasets to derive actionable insights that inform strategic decisions for the Sales Compensation team and core stakeholders

  • Build and maintain data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, and dashboards for key business metrics

  • Communicate findings clearly and optimally to cross-functional stakeholders and leadership teams. Continuously learn new tools and systems to develop data infrastructure and ensure data integrity

  • Partner with the Sales Operations team in order to support the quota setting process and ensure timely and proper data upload to the Xactly system

  • Prepare key monthly commission reconciliation reports including reporting of monthly commission and sales attainment metrics

  • Proactively identify, develop, and implement process improvements, documenting desktop procedures to achieve efficiencies and scalability

  • Able to function as a utility player in a hyper growth environment

What You’ll Need:

  • Minimum of 2-4+ years of progressive experience managing commissions data for a high growth sales team

  • Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field

  • Proven experience in Revenue/Sales Operations, Data Analytics, or Finance

  • High-tech, start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience.

  • Experience with Sales Compensation Administration, Governance and design is a plus

  • Experience with sophisticated statistical analysis, predictive modeling, machine learning techniques and data and visualization tools required (e.g., Tableau, CRM Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.)

  • Salesforce.com CRM and Xactly experience required

  • Familiarity with statistical tools and methodologies, including but not limited to regression analysis, hypothesis testing, and data sampling techniques

  • Proven ability to lead data-driven projects and communicate the results of sophisticated analyses in a clear and effective manner

  • Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $70,000 - $110,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
