About The Role:
The CrowdStrike Marketing Operations team is seeking a talented and highly motivated Marketing Operations Manager who will be the liaison between the central Marketing Operations team and the Field team in-region. This person will provide data-driven analysis to support optimised campaign execution and performance optimisation across various marketing channels, and will be the voice representing the regional requirements and dynamics for all operational initiatives.

What You'll Do:

  • Enable theatre understanding of Marketing performance and contribution

  • Monitor database growth and audience engagement to identify areas for improvement

  • Support theatre and regional planning with market sizing/penetration analyses to understand total addressable market and coverage

  • Review marketing mix/channel performance with local teams to optimize trade-offs

  • Use leading indicators to forecast performance and provide guidance to course correct if needed

  • Facilitate PCAs (post campaign analyses) with program owners to understand key learnings and share opportunities for optimisation

  • Define and populate QBR reporting requirements for theatre reviews

  • Monitor and analyse lead funnel (creation, routing, follow up, opp creation) to identify bottlenecks and areas of improvement at the theatre and regional levels

  • Drive ad hoc analyses to increase Marketing contribution to opportunity funnel

  • Be a voice to represent theatre/regional requirements and nuances for all operational initiatives (segmentation, dashboards, new tools, funnel initiatives, and more)

  • Run regular updates with Field stakeholders to keep them informed on all Operations projects and initiatives

What You’ll Need:

  • Experience in marketing operations and/or business analyst functions

  • Experience working across a theatre and aligning with a global team

  • Excellent planning and project management skills

  • Natural ability to effectively communicate results/implications both verbally and in writing to technical and non-technical audiences

  • Experience with marketing automation tools, including Marketo or similar

  • Highly proficient with Salesforce and Excel

  • Experience in BI tools such as Domo or Tableau

  • Experience using project management software such as Asana

  • B2B software experience is a plus

  • Solid track record of achieving and exceeding goals in fast-paced environments

  • Relevant BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
