About the Role:

The Finance Manager will join a fast-paced FP&A team providing capital markets analysis and financial forecast consolidation coverage. For the capital markets part of the role, you will help manage banking relationships, with the main functions of synthesizing and validating information and preparing executive presentation materials. Additionally, you will conduct analysis to compare debt terms and impacts to CrowdStrike financials. On the consolidations front, you will assist with routine consolidation tasks such as month end close, forecast, and AOP presentation materials and ad hoc analysis as requested by senior leadership.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage relationships and coordinate meeting schedules with numerous participating banks and their analysts
  • Own administrative tasks such as proposal record keeping, meeting minutes, and debt term summaries
  • Prepare executive presentation materials related to debt terms and impact to CrowdStrike financials
  • Assist with routine consolidation activities as well as special projects to drive process improvements and efficiencies.
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis for special projects, including M&A due diligence

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field required
  • 5-8+ years of experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, and/or Treasury functions
  • High aptitude and excellent analytical skills for complex problem solving and financial modeling
  • Superior attention to detail – must display the highest levels of consistency and accuracy in work
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey financial concepts to both financial and non-financial audiences
  • Expert user with Microsoft Excel and familiarity with Tableau, Adaptive Insights, and NetSuite

Bonus Points:

  • Investment Banking, Corporate Development, High-tech, SaaS, start-up, rapid growth and/or publicly traded company experience
  • Clear understanding of GAAP accounting and revenue recognition; SaaS experience a plus
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure and with time constraints
  • Knowledge of SaaS finance and accounting metrics

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $100,000 - $170,000 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits. A candidate's salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
