About the Role:

The FP&A Operations team is responsible for managing the monthly close and forecast processes as well as annual operating plans, working in partnership with business leaders to set budgets, provide strategic analysis, and develop budget vs. actual variance analysis. The team also manages a financial planning system, detailed financial models, data transformations, and data visualization tools – delivering scalable, global finance processes leveraging technology to enable the FP&A team to efficiently support CrowdStrike’s rapid growth. Reporting to the VP, Global Business Services based in India, this role will lead the India FP&A Operations Shared Services Center (SSC) team and will be responsible for managing various FP&A processes in the SSC in partnership with Accounting, FP&A, and other key stakeholders. This role will also indirectly report to the VP, FP&A Operations based in the US.

What You’ll Do:

  • Hire, train, manage, and develop a team of FP&A Operations SSC analysts

  • Work closely with FP&A and Accounting to ensure quality and timeliness of the monthly financial close and reporting

  • Support preparation and presentation of monthly variance analysis packages for Management teams

  • Analyze current and past trends in key performance indicators including all areas of cost and headcount

  • Monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and analyzing causes of variance

  • Review purchase requisitions against cost center budgets

  • Active involvement in forecasting and budgeting processes

  • Continuous improvements on financial processes to improve efficiency and accuracy

What You’ll Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 15+ years of relevant professional experience in FP&A

  • Solid understanding of Finance and Accounting processes and US GAAP

  • Prior experience managing a team with a focus on team member development

  • Prior project management experience

Bonus Points:

  • Experience working within a SSC supporting a publicly traded multi-national company, preferably a hyper-growth company

  • Prior SaaS industry experience

  • Prior experience with Workday Adaptive Planning, NetSuite, Coupa, Snowflake, Tableau or ServiceNow

Shift Time: 5:00pm to 2:00am IST

Work Location: Kharadi, Pune (Work from Office)
