Location & Work Arrangement
FULLY REMOTE: The Project Coordinator Launch Internship is fully remote and requires no travel.
Time Commitment: Interns are expected to work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, during standard business hours.

About the Role:
This is a project coordinator role, supporting the project management team with end-to-end delivery of client engagements across various service lines including strategic advisory, technical assessments, and implementation projects.
We are seeking an enthusiastic Project Coordinator Intern to support our internal initiatives and customer support teams. The successful candidate will assist in coordinating various internal projects and provide administrative support to project teams. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination while working in a dynamic cybersecurity environment.
What You’ll Do:
Throughout the 12-week structured internship, you will be assigned tasks such as providing internal support to PMO team members on active projects, along with driving internal initiatives to improve our processes and documentation.
Assist with day-to-day coordination of internal initiatives
Help maintain project documentation, status reports, and meeting minutes
Support the creation and organization of project materials and presentations
Coordinate internal meetings and help track action items
Assist in monitoring project timelines and deadlines
Help organize and maintain project management tools and resources
Support team communications and documentation needs
What You’ll Need:
Must be graduating between May and December 2028.
An eagerness to learn through hands-on experience and collaborative projects specific to your internship field.
Excellent customer service skills, adaptability, and accountability
