About the Role:
The Sr. Strategics Regional Marketing Manager, West role drives strategic account-based marketing initiatives and executes sophisticated ABM campaigns across the West strategics sales organization. This role requires deep expertise in 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM strategies, with a focus on creating personalized, multi-channel experiences for target accounts. The position will lead regional programs that align marketing and sales efforts to drive engagement, pipeline acceleration, and revenue growth within identified strategic accounts segment.
What You'll Do:
Orchestrate effective collaboration with sales and cross-functional leaders to drive strategy and execute campaigns that will create, expand, and accelerate pipeline for strategic accounts
Design and implement comprehensive ABM strategies, including account selection, intent monitoring, and personalized content development
Lead account-specific campaign planning and execution, utilizing advanced account insights and buyer journey mapping and partner ecosystem
Develop and manage regional and targeted ABM programs leveraging multiple channels and personalized content experiences
Create account-specific metrics and KPIs to measure program success and ROI
Build and optimize ABM tech stack utilization to enhance targeting and personalization
Drive account-based analytics and reporting to demonstrate program impact and optimize strategies
Partner across the marketing organization, from regional counterparts to corporate, to advocate for inclusion of strategics in key programs and seamlessly communicate to the sales team
What You'll Need:
8+ years of B2B marketing experience with at least 5 years focused on ABM program development and execution
Ability to effectively collaborate with both sales leaders and teams on a common pipeline mission.
Proven track record of successfully implementing enterprise-level ABM programs that have delivered measurable pipeline and revenue impact
Deep understanding of ABM technologies and martech stack integration (Marketing Automation, CRM, Intent Data platforms, etc.)
Experience in developing account-specific content strategies and personalization at scale
Strong expertise in account selection methodologies and ICP development
Demonstrated success in building and managing relationships with senior stakeholders across sales and marketing
Advanced knowledge of ABM metrics and analytics, including account engagement scoring, attribution modeling, and ROI measurement
Experience managing program budget and demonstrating return on investment
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of ABM platforms
Advanced account analytics and reporting capabilities
Strong understanding of customer buying data and how to leverage it effectively
Expertise in developing account-specific content and messaging strategies
Strong project management and cross-functional leadership abilities

CrowdStrike, Inc. is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location. The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $130,000 - $200,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses, equity grants and a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, 401k and paid time off.For detailed information about the U.S. benefits package, please click here.
