About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst with 6-7 years of expertise to drive reporting and analytics initiatives across our Procure to Pay (P2P) domain. This role will partner closely with Procurement and Accounts Payable teams to deliver actionable insights that enable continuous improvement and support strategic decision-making across the organization.

What You’ll Do:

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Design, develop, and execute analytical products including standard reports, custom reports, and data processing procedures

  • Create and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau for P2P metrics and KPIs

  • Perform complex data analysis using Snowflake, Excel, and Access to identify trends, anomalies, and patterns in large datasets

  • Establish and document report data formatting, delivery methods, and maintenance procedures

  • Submit routine and ad-hoc reports to internal staff and executive team as requested

  • Initially validate results to ensure data integrity and accuracy of all reports and data files produced

Domain Expertise & Business Partnership:

  • Analyze end-to-end P2P processes including requisition-to-PO, invoice-to-pay, vendor management, sourcing, commodity management, and contracting

  • Provide quality management reporting for Procurement and AP teams with actionable insights

  • Monitor and report on key metrics: spend analysis, savings tracking, invoice cycle time, payment terms compliance, supplier performance, and AP aging

  • Work closely with management to prioritize business and information needs

  • Provide recommendations on all Procurement and Accounts Payable related issues, plans, reports, trainings, and metrics

  • Develop innovative approaches to review P2P process effectiveness and explore solutions for internal stakeholders and suppliers

Technical Execution & System Support:

  • Extract, transform, and validate data from Coupa and NetSuite ERP systems

  • Build and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake for efficient data retrieval and analysis

  • Support corporate initiatives and projects related to data requests and analytical products

  • Provide support in system enhancement activities by performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) in collaboration with system administrators

  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across all reporting platforms

  • Collaborate with IT and business teams to enhance data infrastructure

Stakeholder Management & Leadership:

  • Partner with Procurement and AP teams to understand evolving reporting requirements

  • Translate business needs into analytical solutions and actionable insights

  • Assist teams in procurement-related activities as needed

  • Present findings and recommendations to upper management with clarity and impact

  • Drive and influence change through data-driven insights and collaboration

  • Lead projects and work effectively within cross-functional teams

  • Conduct training sessions on reporting tools and self-service analytics

What You’ll Need:

Experience:

  • Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience, preferably with a focus on data management or procurement analytics

  • Proven experience with P2P processes (procurement and/or accounts payable)

  • Track record of successfully leading projects and working well in team environments

  • Understanding of both Procurement and Accounts Payable processes to support business improvement projects

Technical Skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, complex formulas, data modeling)

  • Exposure to Tableau or other third-party BI tools for dashboard development and data visualization

  • Strong SQL experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Visio, Access, and PowerPoint

  • Hands-on experience with Coupa and NetSuite P2P ERP systems (data extraction, reporting, and system navigation)

  • Familiarity with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) methodologies

Analytical Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and schedule adherence

  • Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets

  • Problem-solving mindset with capability to develop innovative solutions

  • Self-directed with ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to upper management

  • Good interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to drive and influence change

  • High energy and motivation with capability to prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of data governance and master data management

  • Familiarity with procurement best practices and AP automation tools

  • Certification in Tableau or relevant analytics platforms
