About the Team:
The Talent Readiness team is a strategic enabler and operational backbone of CrowdStrike’s global talent strategy ensuring execution with precision, scale, and measurable impact. We operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, partnering closely with Human Resources (HR) Centers of Excellence (CoEs) and HR Business Partners (HRBPs) to activate enterprise-wide talent initiatives that drive performance, scalability, and organizational effectiveness.
From leading change and communications to designing and implementing systems, tools, and programs, we enable the organization to meet evolving business needs and deliver best-in-class employee experiences.
What You’ll Do:
As a Talent Readiness Coordinator, you will play a critical role in executing our talent strategy. You will bring operational excellence, owners mindset, and attention to detail to ensure talent initiatives are delivered at scale and aligned to business priorities.

Partner with HR CoEs and HRBPs to operationalize and activate enterprise-wide talent strategies with responsibilities to include:
Support end-to-end program delivery including planning, design, enablement and delivery delivery of multiple global, enterprise-wide programs
Draft multi-channel communications and deliver change management tactics to enable adoption at scale across multiple personas
Coordinate the design, testing, and implementation of talent tools and systems
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines, and deliverables
Analyze talent data and program metrics for insights and continuous improvement
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI and technology to enhance efficiency, insights, and user experience
Support LXP/LMS administration, including content uploads, learning paths, playlists, and basic troubleshooting
Partner with external vendors to enable internal adoption at scale
What You'll Need:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Operations, Organizational Development,Communications
Experience in HR, Talent, Learning & Development, or program/project coordination and communications
Strong data acumen-driven mindset with the ability to analyze trends, synthesize insights, and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional project management and organizational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting large scale projects, or cross-functional initiatives
Familiarity with HR systems, reporting, and data analysis (e.g. Workday, LMS, Miro) preferred
Experience with corporate intranet portals
Exposure to change management, communications, or talent programs
Experience or interest in AI-enabled tools and workflow optimization

Placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications, job level, supervisory status, and location.
