Position Title: Partner Channel Manager (P3)

Role

The Partner Channel Manager is responsible for proactively generating new revenue from Crown Castle’s business products and services through partner relationships. This is a quota bearing position responsible for sales revenue generated from new and existing partners in this individual’s assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for achieving a monthly sales quota from an assigned territory through channel partners
  • Responsible for interfacing with assigned agent partners for the purpose of maintaining the business relationship and achieving the budgeted sales volumes.
  • Maintain detailed sales forecasts both monthly and quarterly
  • Work with partners under our National Master Agent program to generate new sales revenue
  • Recruit and train new partners from a defined sales territory on Crown Castle products, process and procedures
  • Communicate regularly with partners to uncover new opportunities and qualify opportunities against Crown Castle’s product portfolio
  • Attend sales calls with channel partners to present and assist in closing Crown Castle opportunities with end-users
  • Deliver marketing campaigns to current and potential channel partners
  • Additional responsibilities include being in the field 3 to 4 days per week meeting and visiting with their sales partners
  • Travel as required according to business needs

Education/Certifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Experience/Minimum Requirements

  • 7-10+ Years selling WAN and IP Technologies to Enterprise, Government/Education, Media or Healthcare
  • Existing relationships with potential Crown Castle channel partners
  • 5+ years of working with indirect channel partners preferably selling Metro Ethernet or Fiber Optic products
  • Must show a proven track record of exceeding sales goals
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Proficiency in Sales Force Automation and CRM applications

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid 2 work model. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.

The hiring base salary range offered for this position is $85,680-$117,810 annually. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
