Role
The Network Records Specialist – Locations work focuses on the validation of locations and the assignment of location identifiers. You will use Crown proprietary tools as well as your experience and common sense to ensure data accuracy and compliance with Crown data standards. Additionally, you will be involved with projects to enforce data quality standards within the data sets. Your position requires interaction with other teams so your communication skills must be mature and professional.
Responsibilities
- Provide user support via phone, email, or Helpdesk tickets.
- Create and update records in a database based on assignments.
- Apply knowledge of USPS addressing formats.
- Utilize latitude and longitude data for location-related tasks.
- Follow established standards and procedures in databases.
- Conduct quality checks on data to ensure asset integrity and resolve data conflicts.

Education:
- Associate degree or equivalent experience, education, and/or training.
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- Basic experience with Network Records Systems (NRS).
- Understanding of telecommunications infrastructure and technology.
- Ability to interpret various documentation related to telecommunications infrastructure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio).

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office on Monday through Thursday. On Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
Compensation
The salary/hourly range offered for this position is $23.27 - $32.00 per hour. A candidate’s offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
