Role
As a Marketing Analyst - Events for Crown Castle, you’ll work alongside the marketing team and play a critical role in shaping and producing our events to drive meaningful business results. You’ll support programs that help build targeted market awareness and a positive brand reputation, in addition to generating demand and advocacy and driving sales growth. As the owner of our external events program, you will be responsible for partnering with our sales leadership team to execute a portfolio of events that enables their sales objectives of driving appointments, opportunities and wins. Responsibilities
- Manage the overall event budget ensuring we remain at or under spend and that the spend aligns with our highest strategic priorities and categorization set forth in planning.
- Own end-to-end production and logistics, in partnership with third-party agencies, for a high volume of events. Includes but not limited to tradeshows, hosted customer events, speaking panels and webinars.
- Manage relationships with key agency partners who are in support of the overall event strategy; exhibit services house, ticket management, print and promotional item vendors, etc.
- Project manage timelines and milestones in partnership with show producers and other internal collaborators. Includes facilitating invoices, contracts and budgets.
- Your role will be to ensure all internal stakeholders and external vendors, agencies and show managers are working together to deliver a high-quality event that maximizes return.
- Be an advocate for the brand when translating brand materials into event platforms, ensuring consistency across multiple and often divergent audiences.
- Collaborate with other Marketing teammates to tie event calendar to digital lead-gen campaigns.
Education/Certifications
- High school diploma or equivalent experience required; BS/BA required in Marketing, Business or Communications-related field preferred
Experience/Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of overall experience in a business environment
- 5+ years in corporate event marketing with an emphasis on tradeshows & conferences
- Demonstrated track record of success in supporting marketing strategies for a national corporation
- Familiarity with the various tactics associated with event packages such as advertising, social media posts, company descriptions, invitation development and promotional items
- Experience with project managing development of marketing assets is desirable
- Understanding of sales and marketing best practices to optimize ROI on event investments
- Previous work experience in an agency environment a plus
- Experience working with large teams across multiple organizations
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools - Excel, Power Point, Teams and Word

Working Conditions: This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
