POSITION TITLE: Sr Business Analyst, Process & Systems (P4)

ABOUT THE ROLE
The Implementation Support Team leads Towers teams through improving and optimizing processes and systems within the business unit. The Senior Business Analyst serves as a liaison with IT to guide approved changes through all aspects of the systems enhancement and Robotic Process Automation processes to achieve desired business results, as well as support Towers teammates with production support for the systems they use to do their work. The Senior Business Analyst independently leads all business components of multiple, complex systems projects on behalf of the supported business stakeholders to which they are aligned. They have deep experience with business discoveries, documenting user stories and requirements, collaborating with technical partners throughout grooming, sprint/release planning, and development, participating in testing and acceptance with end users, and providing roll-out support for users.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Guide supported business stakeholders through all aspects of the end-to-end process for IT Enhancements and Robotic Process Automation to achieve desired business results, including developing the business case, performing discovery, documenting user stories and requirements, collaborating with IT for grooming, sprint/release planning, and throughout development, identifying end users for testing and assisting with user acceptance testing as needed, providing roll-out support including coordination of training and communications, and facilitating post roll-out support of end users
- Use deep expertise of processes, systems, tools, and user personas to create opportunities, prevent errors, and minimize problems for the team and organization
- Collaborate to document and design alternative solutions if needed to satisfy user; present alternatives to users and impacted areas to facilitate design decisions and gain consensus
- Lead all systems projects according to project management best practices and ensure that all related process and system documentation is kept up to date
- Lead transformation initiatives to modernize workflows and standardize processes across legacy and Sitetracker environments
- Partner cross-functionally to redesign business processes aligned with Sitetracker capabilities and organizational goals
- Implement best practices, governance, and continuous improvement frameworks for Sitetracker-based operations
- Lead implementation automation opportunities within Sitetracker to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) in Business, Statistics, Math, Analytics, Economics, Data Science or related field
Experience Qualifications
- 8+ of experience in analysis, development and implementation of strategy and business processes at a department or enterprise level
- 5+ of Business Analyst experience with domain expertise
- Expertise with business operations and management tools and frameworks
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
- Knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting tools
- High degree of initiative and capacity to lead multiple priorities of significant scope in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solving mindset and solution-enabler; ability to identify problems, make decisions and drive innovative solutions
- Understanding of the Crown business model and the telecommunications industry

Where You Will Work
To optimize collaboration, relationship building, and key stakeholder engagement, this roles aligns to a 4:1 hybrid model which is in office Monday-Thursday with the option for remote work on Fridays.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $114200 - $157100 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
