ABOUT THE ROLE
The Financial Analyst I (FA I) will be responsible for performing financial analysis, valuation, and modeling exercises to inform decisions related to the following functions: long-term strategic planning, investor relations, capital markets, commercial negotiations, and M&A. This person will be required to breakdown complex business problems and summarize their findings into simple business stories. Ability to work independently, seek answers, and learn and be curious are crucial.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Perform financial analysis, valuation, and modeling exercises to inform financial, strategic, and commercial decision making.
- Synthesize financial analysis into clear, concise deliverables for use across the organization.
- Collaborate with teams across the business to gather key assumptions.
- Interpret the contents of financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile and summarize data from multiple sources.

Education Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience Qualifications
- 0 - 2 of experience in broad accounting or finance required
- Understand, apply, and interpret financial & accounting concepts
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Reports to: Manager, Finance

Where You Will Work
To optimize collaboration, relationship building, and key stakeholder engagement, this role aligns to a 4:1 hybrid model which is in office Monday-Thursday with the option for remote work on Fridays.

Compensation
The salary range offered for this position is $58200 - $80100 annually. A candidate's offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives.
