Role Description

End-to-End Property Management

  • Ensure smooth functioning of the entire Mumbai unit, covering operations, compliance, safety, and upkeep of the property.

Kitchen Operations Leadership

  • Oversee cooking schedules, raw material (RM) availability, preventive maintenance, and dispatch management.
  • Ensure uninterrupted production aligned with demand planning.

Fill Rate & Dispatch Accuracy

  • Achieve and sustain ≥99% fill rate on all customer orders.
  • Monitor dispatch timelines and minimize delays.

Product Quality Assurance

  • Work closely with the Cluster Chef to maintain recipe standards, taste consistency, hygiene, and overall product quality.
  • Drive corrective actions in case of deviations.
  • Maintain a quality score above 95% and initiate work that is needed to achieve that.

Food Cost & Variance Control

  • Monitor food cost ratios, wastage, and variance against defined budgets.
  • Implement cost-control initiatives without compromising quality.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Coordinate with supply chain, quality, HR, and finance teams to ensure seamless unit operations.
  • Build strong vendor relationships for RM availability and timely replenishment.

People Leadership

  • Lead and develop the unit team for performance, accountability, and compliance with SOPs.
  • Conduct regular reviews, training, and audits to ensure adherence to standards.

Requsites

Work Location: Mumbai (Mahape)

Experience: 5+ years

Qualification: BSc in food technology, Btech

Background: Food background, experience in managing a production unit, BSc in food
