Are you a culinary creator with a knack for scaling recipes? We are looking for mid-level New Product Development (NPD) Professionals to join us for an exciting 3-month project.

💰 Project Fee: ₹1,00,000 (Flat fee for the 3-month duration)

📍 Location: Bengaluru

We are actively hiring category specialists for 4 distinct internal brands. We highly prefer candidates who have direct commercial experience with the following industry peers:

🥗 Eatfit (Healthy Bowls)

Looking for bowl-meal experts. Past or current experience with The Bowl Company or similar bowl-centric QSRs is a big plus!

🍔 Phat (Burgers)

Calling all burger aficionados! Expertise in patties, buns, and scalable assembly. Ex-Burger Singh, Biggies Burger, or similar fast-food chain experience is highly preferred.

🧇 Madno (Waffles & Desserts)

Seeking dessert maestros. Experience with The Belgian Waffle Co. or similar specialized dessert chains is ideal. (Alumni of Lavonne Academy of Baking Science and Pastry Arts—we are looking at you!)

🍗 Sharief Bhai (Modern Muslim Cuisine)

Looking for masters of Biryani, Kebabs, and Mughlai curries who can modernize, standardize, and scale authentic traditional recipes for a premium commercial kitchen.

What you will do:

• Conceptualize and develop highly innovative menu items.
• Create detailed recipe cards, yield matrices, and SOPs for consistency across cloud kitchens.
• Optimize food costs (COGS) without compromising on quality.
• Lead tasting panels and conduct kitchen handover training.

Who you are:

• You have 3–7 years of culinary/NPD experience.
• You deeply understand cloud kitchen operations, shelf-life testing, and scaling from a test kitchen to a commercial level.
• You are a highly organized self-starter ready to deliver within a 3-month sprint.
