Curefoods is growing, and we are on the lookout for a highly energetic HR Business Partner (HRBP) to champion our Operations and Kitchen teams across our Chennai locations. If you have a strong background in frontline workforce management and want to help build the teams behind some of India's most loved food brands, we want you on board!

What You Will Do:

• Talent Acquisition: Drive high-volume/bulk hiring for kitchen and retail roles across Chennai, partnering closely with Operations leadership for proactive manpower planning.
• Lifecycle Management: Oversee end-to-end onboarding, joining formalities, and seamless HR operations.
• Culture & Engagement: Champion employee engagement initiatives, address grievances, and partner with business leaders to improve retention and workforce stability.
• HR Operations: Support critical payroll inputs (attendance and leave management), maintain HR trackers, and ensure total compliance and accurate documentation.

What You Bring to the Table:

• 3–6 years of core HRBP or HR Operations experience.
• 5+ years of proven experience in high-volume hiring and frontline workforce management.
• 4+ years of experience specifically within Food & Beverage Services, Cloud Kitchens, QSR, Retail, or Hospitality environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple locations and operational leaders simultaneously.
• Immediate availability: Candidates who can start immediately will be given top priority!
