About the Role

We're building a gourmet pizza chain for Bharat – a brand-led, design-forward F&B concept for India's next wave of dining-out consumers. We're looking for a leader to own the format and customer experience

Roles & Responsibilities

Concept Development & Deployment

● Develop and deploy a concept pizzeria in a Tier 2 city

● Be a driving part of the Zero-To-One journey, from concept design to location identification to build-out & daily operations

Owner of Product & Customer experience

● Personally drive daily customer interactions from pre launch to launch & later

● Be the voice of customer in the company, sharing insights & pain points

● Continuously iterate on product & customer experience

Growth & Operations

● Own the customer footfall and P&L of the outlets

● Drive ratings & feedback across all listings

● Build SOPs that can scale to multi city operations

You're fit if you:

Have founded or led a cafe, lounge, CDR, or western-cuisine restaurant concept and scaled it to a decent revenue scale

Are a design-first thinker – space, ambience, menu presentation, brand feel

Are entrepreneurial, and want to build something at scale, not just run a single outlet

Understand offline consumer behavior in India

What you bring:

First-hand experience designing and running a physical F&B space

An eye for brand, aesthetics, and customer experience and, very importantly, a Founder Mindset
