Recruiter (Blue Collar) will be the primary point of contact between Curefoods and our NGO and civil society

partners, owning the end-to-end pipeline for inclusive and frontline hiring. You will source, screen, and onboard crew

members, kitchen operators, delivery staff, and outlet supervisors - with a deliberate focus on hiring from

underrepresented groups through structured NGO, skilling institute, and community partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. D&I Hiring & NGO Partnership Management

• Build, manage, and grow a network of NGO, skilling, and civil society partners who work with

underrepresented groups — women from low-income households, PwD, ex-servicemen, urban migrants, and first-generation job seekers.

• Serve as the primary relationship manager for all NGO and inclusion hiring partners — conduct quarterly

reviews, maintain MoUs, track candidate flows, and report outcomes.

• Co-design and execute targeted placement drives with NGO partners at their community centres, skilling hubs, shelter homes, and training institutes.

• Maintain an active NGO pipeline tracker — sourcing targets by partner, category, brand, and city — updated weekly.

2. Frontline & Volume Hiring

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Crew Members, Kitchen Operators, Delivery Executives, Store Captains, and Shift Supervisors across Curefoods brands in Bengaluru.

• Plan and execute walk-in drives, community job melas, and on-ground hiring events — particularly at NGO - facilitated venues, ITIs, vocational training centres, and community hubs.

• Manage a high-volume pipeline with targets of 20–50 joiners per month, with a minimum 40% of hires from D&I priority segments.

• Handle offer rollout, documentation, background verification coordination, and Day-1 joining formalities for all frontline hires.

• Maintain ATS (Fountain or equivalent) with real-time candidate tracking, D&I tagging, and NGO source attribution.

3. Inclusive Sourcing & Outreach

• Source candidates through Apna, WorkIndia, iMerit, SMILE Foundation, Genpact Puthri, Nudge Foundations, Heroes, and other DI-focused platforms and communities.

• Coordinate with vocational training institutes (ITIs, Jan Shikshan Sansthan, NSDC partners) for pre-placed

candidate pipelines.

• Represent Curefoods at D&I employer forums, inclusion hiring conclaves, and civil society events to build brand visibility as an employer of choice for under-represented groups.

4. Stakeholder & Brand Alignment

• Partner with brand HR SPOCs and area managers to forecast D&I hiring needs and align timelines with outlet expansion and seasonal ramp-up.

• Work with the People Experience team on referral incentives, joining bonuses, and D&I-specific retention

nudges for the frontline workforce.

• Collaborate with Marketing and Employer Branding teams to produce D&I-focused content for Curefoods hiring channels and LinkedIn.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Must Have

• 1–4 years of experience in frontline, blue collar, or volume hiring — preferably in QSR, retail, logistics,

hospitality, or FMCG.

• Demonstrated experience working with NGOs, skilling institutes, or civil society organisations for candidate

sourcing or placement drives.

• Hands-on sourcing through Apna, WorkIndia, WhatsApp networks, or local placement consultants.

• Comfortable working with daily MIS, D & I trackers, and reporting hiring metrics to HR leadership.

• Willingness to travel to NGO centres, job mela venues, ITIs, and outlet locations within Bengaluru and occasionally nearby cities.
