Curefoods is scaling its footprint aggressively across cloud kitchens, dine-in/QSR formats, and multi-brand food courts. The Head – Real Estate & Partnerships will own the real estate charter end-to-end from an expansion standpoint — building a strong developer and landlord ecosystem, driving high-quality site acquisition at speed and at the right economics, and forging strategic co-location and channel partnerships that unlock new formats and markets. This is a high-ownership, build-from-the-ground-up role for someone who thinks like an operator and negotiates like a dealmaker.

About the Role

The role will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, and securing high-potential locations while building strong relationships with developers, landlords, mall operators, brokers, and strategic partners. This role will own the regional expansion pipeline from site identification through commercial closure and seamless handover to the Projects team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive real estate expansion across the assigned region in line with the annual business plan.
  • Identify and acquire strategic locations for cloud kitchens, QSR outlets, cafés, dine-in restaurants, and food court formats.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential sites across key cities and emerging markets.
  • Conduct site feasibility assessments considering catchment potential, footfall, demographics, competition, and commercial viability.
  • Lead commercial negotiations with landlords, developers, mall operators, and property owners on rentals, CAM charges, revenue share, deposits, lock-in periods, and lease terms.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with developers, brokers, landlords, airport authorities, and commercial real estate partners.
  • Identify partnership and co-location opportunities with anchor retail, entertainment, and lifestyle brands.
  • Work closely with Legal, Finance, Projects, Design, and Operations teams to ensure smooth lease execution and timely project handover.
  • Monitor regional real estate trends, rental benchmarks, new developments, and competitor expansion to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure all lease documentation, approvals, and commercial closures are completed within defined timelines.
  • Represent Curefoods in industry forums and maintain a strong network within the commercial real estate ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
  • MBA or Postgraduate qualification is preferred.

Experience

  • 8–12 years of experience in Real Estate, Expansion, Site Acquisition, or Business Development within QSR, F&B, Retail, Hospitality, or Commercial Real Estate.
  • Demonstrated experience in identifying and closing retail or hospitality locations across multiple cities.
  • Strong network with developers, mall operators, landlords, brokers, and commercial real estate consultants within the assigned region.

Proven experience in lease negotiations and managing end-to-end site acquisition processes.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with extensive regional travel.
