Description

About Us:

CyCognito solves one of the most fundamental business problems in cybersecurity: seeing how attackers view your organization, where they are most likely to break in, what systems and assets are at risk, and how you can eliminate the exposure.

Founded by national intelligence agency veterans, CyCognito has a deep understanding of how attackers exploit blind spots and a path of least resistance. CyCognito serves a number of large enterprises and Fortune 500 organizations, including Colgate-Palmolive, Tesco, and many others.

Role overview:

This is a hands-on role for an experienced events marketer who knows how to turn events into pipeline. As our Events and Field Marketing Manager, you will lead global event strategy, planning and execution across industry conferences, field programs and executive experiences. You will also own community engagement, roundtables and CFP initiatives.

This is a unique opportunity to shape how CyCognito shows up on the global stage, while making a direct, measurable impact in a fast-paced company built around excellence, curiosity, and collaboration.

What You’ll Do:

  • Own global event strategy and execution across trade shows, field and partner events
  • Run the global webinar program, from planning through follow-up
  • Drive end-to-end event planning, including messaging, staffing, logistics, and post-event follow-up
  • Manage the global events budget and ensure high ROI from all investments
  • Run a CFP program, to complement our virtual/physical event motion
  • Align closely with Sales and BDR teams to ensure events deliver on pipeline goals
  • Manage relationships with key vendors and agencies to ensure flawless execution
  • Track and report on event performance, lead flow, and revenue contribution
  • Contribute ideas and insights to the broader demand gen and go-to-market strategy

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience managing events and driving pipeline in B2B tech
  • Startup experience is a must
  • Proven ability to turn events into demand engines, not just brand moments
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a team-first mindset
  • Excellent project management and attention to detail under tight timelines
  • Experience managing sponsorships, budgets, and vendor relationships
  • Data-driven approach to measuring and optimizing event success
  • A roll-up-your-sleeves mentality and a strong sense of ownership
  • Willingness to travel as needed for domestic and international events
