We’re seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing team.

Cyera is used by data security, privacy, and access governance professionals worldwide to understand their company data - where it is, what they store, what’s at risk, who can access it, what it is used for, how it got there, and more. They then use Cyera to review, research, and remediate security issues we find in their cloud environments.

­As a Product Manager at Cyera, you will have the opportunity to significantly impact the company’s success. You will be accountable for your product domain and its business success.

Responsibilities:

• Own your product domain! Full accountability for the product lifecycle.
• Roadmap creation, feature prioritization, business justification, use cases, feature definition (specs to stories), execution, KPI tracking, bugs prioritization,
• Go to market - sales enablement, customer engagement, demo stories, rollout, product adoption, impact on sales.
• Know your customers’ needs and drive the product to deliver customer value.
• Work closely with engineering teams to plan release content and sprints.
• Work with all product stakeholders – R&D, UI/UX, Sales, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, and Business Development – to create the product strategy and roadmap.

• 4+ years of professional experience as a PM in B2B and SaaS companies catering to enterprise customers.
• Big data product experience
• Experience transforming opportunities and business needs into products and features—strong organizational, execution, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with Development teams.
• Experience with writing user stories and specifying product features.
• Experience managing the full product life cycle (idea – GTM).

Advantages:

• Experience in a similar role in Cybersecurity.
• Experience working on Data-Driven products.
• Familiarity with Figma is a plus
• Experience defining or overseeing UX aspects of product development.
