THE OPPORTUNITY

As a GTM Analyst focusing on marketing, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our market strategy, optimizing our campaigns, and driving measurable results. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution, this role is for you.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead analytical efforts for the marketing function including the introduction of metrics, enablement and connectivity between GTM functions on the use and importance of achieving said metrics
  • Distribute weekly, monthly and quarterly KPIs & insights to leadership team
  • Perform ad-hoc analyses of Marketing activities including Campaign and Activity performance, ROI and yield
  • Introduce new KPI metrics, marketing models and develop robust automations to establish scalable repeatability in near real time
  • Enable use of existing dashboards while continuing to improve the features, functions and usability of said dashboards
  • Designs new to support emerging business insights and enhanced performance management
  • Partner with Product Marketing to establish target account lists for campaign launches, cross-sell and upsell motions and market insights
  • Produce marketing planning models for fiscal year and in-quarter planning motions that drive performance against cost, yield and ROI
  • Lead data governance efforts across the lead management process, partnering with Marketing Operations and Data Operations to maintain and improve data infrastructure
  • Support ad-hoc sales analytics efforts ensuring cohesiveness between sales and marketing

Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 5-7 Years experience in analytics, operations, finance or other data driven functions
  • Ability to comprehend complex sets of data and effectively communicate insights to key stakeholders
  • Extensive MS Excel or Google Sheets experience with the ability to develop complex data models
  • Significant experience with salesforce including the ability to generate robust reports and dashboards
  • Prior experience in data visualizations tools such as CRM Analytics, Domo, Tableau, Looker or others

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
