THE OPPORTUNITY

As a Sr. Graphic Designer, you’ll play a vital role in shaping our visual identity and creating evocative designs that captivate, inspire, and engage. Your creativity will bring our brand and ideas to life across multiple platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Key responsibilities include:

Design & Branding:

• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure cohesive and consistent visuals.
• Create compelling graphics for digital platforms, print media, and marketing campaigns.
• Design visuals for websites, social media, emails, presentations, and advertisements.

Creative Collaboration:

• Work closely with the marketing, Sales, and content teams to brainstorm and execute creative concepts.
• Translate complex ideas into visually appealing designs that align with our brand message.

Innovation & Trends:

• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Bring fresh ideas to the table that push boundaries and elevate our brand presence.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

We want a designer who not only has exceptional technical skills but also a keen sense of aesthetics and storytelling. The ideal candidate has:

Experience & Skills:

• Proven experience in graphic design
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools.
• Knowledge of web design principles, UI/UX, and motion graphics is a plus.

Creative Mindset:

• A strong eye for detail and a passion for creating beautiful, impactful designs.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining quality and creativity.

Communication & Teamwork:

• Excellent communication skills to articulate your design decisions effectively.
• A collaborative attitude, willing to take feedback and iterate to perfection.

COMPENSATION INFORMATION:

In addition to a standard benefits and equity package, we offer a generous salary. Final compensation will vary based on seniority and relevance of experience, location, and position requirements.

This role may be eligible for potential merit increases based on factors such as individual or company performance, time in role, and other discretionary factors.​
