Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $65,500.00 - $98,300.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

The Change Enablement Analyst II plays a crucial role in supporting and driving both technical and non-technical change management initiatives aimed at achieving desired organizational outcomes while minimizing disruption to business processes. This role involves developing and executing change communication strategies and tactics for high-impact enterprise programs and priorities. The ideal candidate will engage with team members, leaders, business partners, and stakeholders to ensure the successful adoption and sustainability of changes that impact ways of working, employee and stakeholder experience, and overall business delivery outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change communication plans, utilizing structured methodologies, to support the adoption of required changes.

  • Collaborate with business owners, project managers, delivery teams, and key stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive change communication and management strategies.

  • Integrate change management activities into overall project or delivery plans in close partnership with project teams.

  • Create actionable deliverables that facilitate change, including aligning communication tactics with other change management initiatives, such as training plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching plans, resistance management, and sustainability plans.

  • Conduct change impact analyses, assess readiness for change, and clearly communicate change requirements, deliverables, and identified risks.

  • Maintain detailed project plans, defining timelines, tasks, resources, and dependencies for each phase of the project.

  • Coordinate communications, training, or interim support as needed throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Monitor performance, keep stakeholders updated on progress, identify issues, and proactively seek opportunities for improvement.

  • Administer post-implementation surveys and monitor outcomes to collect data, analyze results, and measure the success of the changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 14 years’ experience in a related field

  • Experience in applying change communication and management methodologies and tools within a product and technology environment.

  • Proficient in creating change-specific communication and training materials.

  • Strong knowledge of change management principles and how to apply them effectively in a business setting.

  • Ability to explain the impacts of change on employees, teams, and the organization.

  • Proven success in building relationships and gaining buy-in from diverse stakeholders and business partners.

Preferred Skills:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.

  • Experience in a matrixed organization.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
