What You’ll Do
You’ll oversee the daily activities for your assigned accounts, ensuring that the repair process runs smoothly. Here’s what that’ll look like:
- Working closely with the customer assigned for the day to ensure equipment is scheduled and repaired in a timely fashion.
- Managing the cost of each repair through an estimate , audit and/or approval process from the customer and fleet manager.
- Overseeing the coordination and follow up of each scheduled or unscheduled event.
- Maintaining the audit process to ensure the accuracy of the invoice and PM forms from the vendor.
- Processing any repairs needed based on the review of the PM forms from the vendor and approval from the customer and fleet manager.
Who You Are
You’re a creative problem-solver who enjoys working with others to identify solutions. Here’s what else you bring to the table:
Minimum:
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- A degree in related discipline or industry experience.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience in a high-volume customer service role.
