Compensation

Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program.

Job Description

The Manager, Environmental, Health & Safety is responsible for leading the development, standardization, and execution of Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) programs and services across the enterprise. This role ensures consistent application of EHS policies, tools, and processes while supporting operational teams in achieving safety, compliance, and sustainability goals.

Working cross-functionally with business units, site leaders, and corporate stakeholders, the manager drives strategic initiatives that enhance safety culture, reduce risk, and improve environmental performance. The role includes oversight of shared services such as training development, data analytics, regulatory tracking, and incident management systems.
Success in this role requires strong leadership, program management expertise, and the ability to influence and collaborate across a matrixed organization. The Manager, EHS Shared Services plays a critical role in aligning EHS efforts with business objectives and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.


·Lead EHS Program Standardization
Develop, implement, and maintain standardized EHS processes, tools, and resources across the enterprise to ensure consistency and compliance.

·Support Operational Teams
Provide guidance and support to site and regional EHS teams, ensuring alignment with corporate safety and environmental goals.

·Manage Shared Services Functions
Oversee centralized EHS functions such as training development, regulatory tracking, incident management systems, and data analytics.

·Drive Continuous Improvement
Identify opportunities for improvement in EHS performance and lead initiatives that enhance safety culture and environmental stewardship.

· Ensure Regulatory Compliance
Establish a process to monitor changes in federal, state, and local regulations and ensure EHS programs remain compliant across all locations.

·Collaborate Across Functions
Partner with HR, Legal, Operations, and other departments to integrate EHS considerations into broader business strategies and initiatives.

·Lead Incident Response and Analysis
Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action planning to prevent recurrence and improve safety outcomes.

·Monitor and Report Performance
Utilize data analytics to track EHS metrics, generate reports, and communicate performance trends to leadership.

·Support Technology and Systems Integration
Lead efforts to implement and optimize EHS management systems and digital tools that enhance program efficiency and visibility.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master's degree and 4 years’ experience; a Ph.D. and 1 year experience in a related field; or 10 years’ experience in a related field

• 1+ year of experience in management or lead role
