  • Feature delivery Lead engineers through discovery, design reviews, and implementation for features like Parts pricing, Customer workflows, and Service scheduling.

  • Data movement Oversee NW→DMS+ data strategies, ensuring throughput and stability.

  • Quality & change management Establish robust testing strategies and partner with Release Management for ERP updates.

  • Collaboration Work closely with Product Owners, Architecture, QA, and Support to deliver outcomes.

How you’ll work

  • Partner across functions to deliver features end-to-end.

Success in 6 months

  • Delivered at least one NW ERP feature in Parts, Customer, or Service to production.

  • Stabilized NW→DMS+ data flows and documented upgrade/runbooks.

  • Established engineering standards for ERP Mediator integrations.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6+ years of experience in a related field, OR master’s degree and 4+ years of experience, OR Ph.D. and up to 1 year of experience, OR 18 years of directly relevant experience.

  • 6+ years of software engineering experience; 3+ years in a lead role.
  • Strong backend engineering and database design.

  • Hands-on ERP experience—preferably Nextworld—with logic blocks and data modeling.

  • Expertise in multi-tenant routing, orchestration, and secure service-to-service auth.

  • Familiarity with ERP and low/no code platforms.

  • Preferred: Nextworld ERP certifications/experience and DMS domain experience in Parts, Customer, and Service.
