Compensation includes a base salary of $59,600.00 - $89,400.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, and abilities. *This position is remote/work from home and can be located anywhere within the United States. If you live within 25 miles of any of the offices listed, the role will be hybrid.

The Territory Analyst role provides comprehensive analytical support and data-driven consulting for assigned teams to boundary partners and stakeholders to guide strategic decision-making related to territory redesign initiatives. This position is responsible for implementing and maintaining territory rules within Salesforce to ensure the precise and automated assignment of sales representatives to their designated territories. The Territory Analyst also conducts extensive validation checks that impact both client assignments and internal teams, thereby ensuring operational accuracy and efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Maintain and update Salesforce territory scripts/rules for automated sales representative assignments
Conduct thorough validation checks to ensure accuracy of account and team assignments
Perform daily and monthly territory and account transfers with exceptional precision and attention to detail
Collaborate with boundary partners to implement territory rebalancing initiatives, including presenting territory visualizations
Serve as a territory design expert and effectively communicate the reasoning behind territory decisions to stakeholders
Coordinate and collaborate with Quota, Comp Administration, Sales Finance Office, and Sales Strategy on reporting or territory-related issues

Who You Are
Minimum:
Bachelor’s degree in related discipline and 2 years’ experience in a related field. The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and up to 2 years’ experience; or 6 years’ experience in a related field.
Solid interpersonal, collaborative, and presentation skills
Possesses strong attention to detail and demonstrates analytical as well as strategic thinking skills
Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple projects
Strong in Excel, Outlook, Teams, and data visualization skills; able to quickly learn additional relevant software
Preferred:
Territory Design experience
Geographic mapping tools (Tableau preferred); CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
