Supports the discovery, development, and evaluation of product enhancements for Central Dispatch, the country's largest self-managed auto transportation marketplace platform. Partners cross-functionally with engineering, customer success, marketing, sales, and operations teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.

This role prioritizes curiosity, learning agility, and a sense for productive inquiry over extensive experience. The ideal candidate asks thoughtful questions, seeks to understand the "why" behind problems, and demonstrates a genuine eagerness to grow into the product management discipline. You'll join at an exciting time as we're evolving how we work—embracing AI-driven experimentation, fostering more collaborative and creative problem-solving across the team, and empowering all team members to contribute ideas and shape solutions.

  • Analyzing data and gathering insights to inform product decisions related to listing, dispatch, and delivery processes

  • Supporting the development and refinement of product vision, feature requirements, and user stories

  • Collaborating with engineering, design, and cross-functional partners on product planning, development, and release

  • Supporting delivery efforts by helping remove blockers, clarifying requirements, and ensuring teams have what they need to ship successfully

  • Preparing project status updates and facilitating communication across stakeholders

  • Participating in post-launch evaluation and iteration based on customer feedback and metrics

  • Stays informed about emerging technologies, particularly AI and automation capabilities, and identifies opportunities to leverage these innovations to improve product experiences.

  • Learns and applies Central Dispatch's product development standards, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Supports special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Required Experience & Specialized Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and generally less than 2 years' experience in a related field; or 4 years' experience in a related field with no degree.
  • Strong curiosity and demonstrated ability to ask insightful questions that drive understanding and uncover opportunities.
  • Propensity for continuous learning and adapting to new technologies, processes, and market dynamics.
  • Foundational skills in managing multiple priorities, requirements analysis, and system integration.
  • Comfortable working with technology and data; technology savvy with ability to learn complex platforms.
  • Acts with integrity and demonstrates foundational skills in building partnerships, driving innovation, focusing on execution, and striving for excellence.
  • Interest in or exposure to logistics, marketplaces, automotive industry, or B2B platforms is a plus.
  • Other duties as needed or required.
