You’ll leverage customer feedback, business strategy, data analytics, and user experience to create effective customer solutions, while supporting research and discovery of new product features.

What You’ll Do
With Guidance, support one or more Product Managers while learning the company’s Product Management standard and policies to perform standard Product Manager duties.

Product Management Areas of Focus

  • Discovery: Leverage AI to accelerate discovery, experimentation, and development, and recommend improvements to the PDLC and ecosystem. Collaborate with our design and research teams to conduct market research for product-related evaluation and planning.

  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients and client-proxies (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, performance management) throughout the discovery process to gather feedback and input on product ideas.

  • Product Roadmap: Synthesize discovery into a transparent, outcome-oriented roadmap that sequences near-term wins and longer-horizon strategies; maintain the roadmap and ensure transparency in communication of deliverables with internal stakeholders and clients.

  • Planning and Execution: Translate strategy into business outcomes, milestones, and epics; maintain a backlog that continuously delivers measurable value. Have a mind towards delivering incremental value throughout the product lifecycle.

  • Agile Development: Build effective relationships with onshore and offshore engineering teams, product peers, marketing, operations and other stakeholders on product design, planning, development, release and execution. Ensure teams understand the product vision and how to execute in a way that incrementally delivers value towards that vision.

  • Go-To-Market Planning: Support testing, experimentation, and iterative value delivery while partnering with business stakeholders to assess impact on Return on Investment (ROI). Prepare product status updates including communicating release plans and subsequently evaluating success metrics for newly released features.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline or 4 years’ experience in a related field with no degree.

  • Foundational skills in managing multiple priorities, requirements analysis, and system/technology integration.

  • Go-To-Market Planning: Demonstrated ability to drive testing, experimentation, and iterative value delivery while partnering closely with business stakeholders to evaluate impact and ensure measurable Return on Investment (ROI). Proven experience preparing clear, comprehensive product status updates, including communicating release plans and assessing success metrics for newly launched features.

To be employed in this role, you’ll need to clear a pre-employment drug test. Cox Automotive does not currently administer a pre-employment drug test for marijuana for this position. However, we are a drug-free workplace, so the possession, use or being under the influence of drugs illegal under federal or state law during work hours, on company property and/or in company vehicles is prohibited.
