Position Summary

The Operations / Administrative Intern will support daily facility operations through a variety of administrative, customer service and hands‑on tasks. This role is ideal for a motivated individual who enjoys a fast‑paced environment, working with vehicles and gaining practical experience in an automotive operations setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, filing, document organization and basic reporting
  • Move vehicles safely around the facility as needed to support operational flow
  • Photograph vehicles according to established guidelines for inventory, listings or internal use
  • Provide customer service support, including greeting visitors, answering basic questions and assisting team members
  • Assist with light maintenance and facility tasks, such as organizing work areas, basic cleaning and minor upkeep
  • Follow all safety procedures and company policies while working in and around vehicles
  • Support additional operational tasks as assigned by management

Required Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently completed a high school, college, or technical program
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to operate both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (or willingness to learn)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

  • Interest in automotive operations, logistics or customer service
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office or similar tools)
  • Prior experience in a customer‑facing or hands‑on role is a plus, but not required

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, and move around the facility for extended periods
  • Ability to lift up to [X] pounds with or without accommodation
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
